Mr. Mancini received his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross (B.A. 2001) and his law degree from Roger Williams University (J.D. 2004, cum laude). While in law school, he was a member of the Roger Williams Law Review. His article entitled "Mobsters in the Monastery? Applicability of Civil RICO to the Clergy Sexual Misconduct Scandal and the Catholic Church” was published in the Fall 2002 edition of the Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Mancini was a law clerk for the Honorable Francis X. Flaherty of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. He is admitted to the State Bars of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as the Bars of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Mancini is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Counsel of Rhode Island. He concentrates his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury defense, medical malpractice defense, and workers’ compensation defense.
